Shipping policy

We ship our orders using Priority Mail USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking information.

Be sure to keep a close watch on the delivery day and time of your package. After your shipment is sent out, it is the responsibility of the customer to know the arrival day and time so that the sea moss gel can be properly refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. 

We (at Morphit Sea Moss) are not responsible for packages that go unseen for several days which leads to the spoilage of the sea moss gel.
